This
new point of source unit recycles plant air saving energy and
creating a healthier plant environment.
Two
stage filtration with HEPA filter second stage allows collector
exhaust air to be re-circulated into the plant. The smoke-Dust
collector is designed for use with gantry type plasma cutting
systems.
Surround
collector hood works with straight and bevel plasma heads. Rolling
track hose support for longitudinal exhaust hose pulse cleaned
cartridge collector. |
Rolling
track hose support is low fiction that does not affect the sensitive
gantry drives. Specially designed rollers support the flexible
exhaust hose with minimum wear.
Point
source hood requires much less air-flow for smoke control. The
surround hood creates uniform draft minimizing any effect on the
torch flame patterns. |
