This
side loading Vertical Storage system is custom designed to fit

COLUMN DESIGN HAS 170, 00 LBS BAY CAPACITY.
25
ft. steel column with cantilevered arms are precision assembled
into a single weldment. The heavy-duty, rectangular tube arms help
prevent scarring of stored materials. Each arm connection is
reinforced to lower weld stress. In the system shown, the fully
loaded capacity of each 25ft. bay is 170,000 lbs. Column loaded to
capacity (85,000 lbs.) on one side, have a deflection of less than
1 inch.

All
custom system are installed with self-contained X spacer frames
bolted to join individual columns into an integrated storage unit.
The sturdiness of this configuration makes it with-stand static
and dynamic forces generated by automatic or manual stacker cranes
and side loaders.
